Organize all activities and interventions regarding Semester Exam timely, prepare necessary arrangements and conduct the exam properly.

Planning and coordinating activities that promote physical and mental well-being through yoga, ensure campus cleanliness, organize health awareness programs, monitor sanitation facilities, and foster a healthy environment.

24 Programme Coordination & Intercollegiate Fest
Jinda, Safna, Fathima, Mohseena
Responsible for planning and coordinating all academic, cultural, and co-curricular programmes of the institution; organizing intercollegiate fests; liaising with various committees, colleges, sponsors, and participants; managing event schedules, budgets, logistics, publicity, and hospitality; and ensuring the smooth and successful conduct of all events in accordance with institutional objectives and standards. In the last week of every month, plan the upcoming months' programmes with reference to the Working Calendar and follow up. Collect and file Programme Reports with Photographs from coordinators immediately the day after the programme.
25 IEDC (Institutional Entrepreneurship Development Centre)
Subina, Arathy, Fathima
Responsible for fostering an entrepreneurial culture within the institution by organizing entrepreneurship awareness programmes, innovation and startup activities, workshops, mentoring sessions, industry interactions, incubation support initiatives, and coordinating with government agencies, industry experts, and student entrepreneurs to promote innovation, creativity, and self-employment opportunities among students.
26 IIC
To coordinate the innovative activities in institute and make the portal live with updation of activity and attend sessions.
27 Staff Secretary
Convene staff meeting and prepare agenda for the same by consulting principal, prepare minutes, convey important information & message to staff from principal, coordinate necessary Programmes & events regarding staff.
28 FYUGP and Internship Nodal Officer
Responsible for coordinating the effective implementation of the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP) in the college in accordance with university regulations, including curriculum planning, multidisciplinary and Skill Enhancement course selection, Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) compliance, student mentoring, and academic progression; while also facilitating, monitoring, and evaluating internships by establishing industry collaborations, guiding students through internship processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that experiential learning outcomes align with the objectives of FYUGP and enhance students' employability and professional skills.
29 Admission Nodal Officer
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the entire admission process of the institution, including admission-related communications, verifying eligibility and supporting documents, compliance with university and government regulations, maintenance of admission records, coordination with departments and ensuring a transparent, efficient, and student-friendly admission process.
