Susan Sony Jacob

With an illustrious career spanning 17 years, Susan Sony Jacob brings a wealth of both academic and corporate expertise to Azharul Uloom College of Arts and Science. Serving as the Vice Principal and Assistant Professor, she combines 11 years of dedicated teaching in Commerce and Management with significant professional experience in accounting and corporate auditing.

Prior to her current role, she led the Department of Management Studies as the Head of Department at St. Ann’s College, Angamaly, for over five years. Her leadership extends beyond the classroom, having successfully coordinated major institutional events, including graduation ceremonies, academic planning, and comprehensive student mentoring programs.

Research & Publications

Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, her academic research is actively contributing to contemporary educational discourse. Her recent publications include:
